Seamanship Trainings

• STCW; Cargo Handling & Stowage (for the ship types; Bulk, Container, Gas Tanker, General Cargo, Heavy Lift Vessel, Offshore/Tugs, Oil Tanker, Passenger, Reefers and Chemical Tankers), Operation and Safety, Maintenance & Repair
• Non STCW; Hatch cover maintenance & operation, Boatswain Course, Steering course, Culinary, etc.

Maritime English Training

We conduct special training in order to improve the language skill level of our crew, especially for Maritime English which will support their job performances.

Implemented with Computer Based Test (CBT) and face to face interviews with our Assessors. We also conduct a kind of practice review for a number of positions in relation to ship maintenance.

• English Speaking, focusing on English communication skills which are not included on the Marlins English Test.
• Ship Maintenance, conducting especially for some positions which are related to the maintenance on board ship, such as Bosun, Able-bodied, Ordinary Seaman, etc.
• Safety Ability, measure the ability of a seafarer in various emergency situations.
• Ship & Cargo Operations; exploring more of crew knowledge in certain positions related to ship and cargo operations management tasks.
