  • Attract crew; attracting a sufficient pool of crew in order to select the ‘right’ crew with the personality, attitude and experience to do a job properly and consistently
  • Screening and assessment of candidates; maintaining the result of crew’s screening (experiences and certificates) and crew’s assessment (competence and English) from Directorate of Assessment and Training for the purpose of crew promotion/selection.
  • Crew Pool; creating and updating pool of stand-by crew who have passed all the recruitment procedures
  • Hiring selection; doing crew selection of stand-by from Crew Pool, based on Principal’s crew requirements

Crew Operations

  • Comprehensive pre-employment medicals, based on ship’s flag and/or specific medical requirements from Principal
  • Drug and Alcohol testing
  • Document Checklist, to make sure that each joining crew has valid and authentic documents and certificates-based on STCW 2010 and/or Principal’s certification standards
  • Seafarer Employment Agreement (SEA)
  • Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
  • Company Policy Familiarization
  • Pre-employment Training, including specific trainings training of Principal’s company policy and International rules and regulations
  • Visa Arrangement
  • Joining and Repatriation Ticket Arrangement
  • Joining Port coordination, pre-departure briefing

Crew Retention

  • Crew Appraisal; performance evaluation for improvement and training identification including ability profiling test.
  • Crew Upgrading; determine the training needs for the purpose of continuous improvement
  • Crew Planning; manage crew roistering and future career development
