Established in 1995, PT Indopower Crew Management aware that crew’s skill is the bridge between a company’s ability to reach its business objectives and the regulatory requirements of the maritime industry so we have commitment to attract, recruit and retain the right crew to ensure the safe operation of our Principal’s vessels in the most cost-efficient way.

We realize that that ship’s crews play an important role in the efforts to improve safety and the protection of environmental so it is a vital that crew members are motivated, trained, qualified and competent to carry out their roles. In this relation, besides precise selection and recruitment, we maximize crew retention by doing appraisal, ability profiling, upgrading, planning and pay a good attention to crew welfare.

For upgrading, we train the crew both in-house or send them to the Maritime Training Centers which we are in collaboration with, so we are confident of crew ability for further employment and promotion

Assessment & Training

Competence and English assessment (including Performance/Ability Profiling), conducting training both in-house and in Maritime Training Centers for Seamanship/STCW, Maritime English and Maritime Regulations.

Focusing in recruitment and placement of Indonesian Crew on board Dry Cargo Ships, Liquid Cargo Ships, Offshore Support Vessels and Cruise Ships
The company is run by the competent and experienced Master Mariners, Chief Engineers and Business Administrators in doing selection, assessment, pre-employment process, pre-departure and crew management
